Start out going north on Airport Highway toward Payne Avenue. Continue to follow US 129 N. Take the TN 168E/West Governor John Sevier Highway ramp. Stay straight to go onto TN 168/W Governor John Sevier Highway. Merge onto TN 71 S/US 441 S via the ramp on the left. Stay straight to go onto US 411 and follow in to Sevierville. Turn right on to Old Newport Highway/416 S. Continue to follow 416 S until you come to the stop and Save Citgo Gas Station on your right. Turn right on to Jayell Road. Turn right in to Lone Branch Resort. Go up over the hill and you will see the entrance to MountainTop Resorts, Lone Branch Village on the right. 	Guarantee Policy
	A deposit by credit card for 50 percent of stay is required at time of booking. Plus a 200.00 USD security deposit is required at check-in. Released or refunded via check within 5-business days of guest check-out.

	Cancellation Policy
	Through the Internet site where your reservation was made, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival by 4pm local hotel time to avoid a 50 percent of stay cancellation and/or no show charge.
